Any subscriber or customer found to be under the applicable age limit will be removed from our database and, where applicable, refunded in full.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price applied to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Jodi Hoeksel is VAT registered in the United Kingdom. VAT Registration Number: GB297291066. VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our secure payment processor. Card security and encryption are managed entirely by Stripe. Jodi Hoeksel does not store your card details.

Article 6: Delivery of Digital Products

As our products are digital, delivery is made electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. Access details will be sent promptly following confirmed payment. Jodi Hoeksel is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly entered email address.

Article 7: Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and programmes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase at info@jodihoeksel.com and we will process a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
